TWEED SHIRE COUNCIL

Designed to support future landfilling and quarry operations, the haul road upgrade improved access across Tweed Shire Council’s Resource Recovery Centre. Our team was involved in planning, design, tender analysis, project management, contract administration and superintendent services. The works improved internal connectivity, construction access and long-term operational efficiency across the precinct.

CABBONE SHIRE COUNCIL

Funded through the Australian Government’s Bridges Renewal Program, the Washpen Creek Bridge upgrade on Gundong Road, Obley replaced the existing single-lane structure with a higher, wider, dual-lane concrete bridge. Our team supported the delivery of the project through project management, contract administration, quality assurance oversight and superintendent support. The upgrade improved road safety, accessibility and local connectivity, including associated road alignment and intersection improvements.

TWEED SHIRE COUNCIL

Delivered within a live operational waste facility, the Tweed Shire Council Waste Transfer Station required careful planning, procurement and construction-phase management. Our team oversaw the full project lifecycle, including, desigm approvals, tender preparation, contract administration, quality assurance, superintendent services and contractor coordination. PRIVATE DEVELOPER

Located in Central West NSW, these mining accommodation developments supported the delivery of essential worker accommodation for the regional mining sector. Our team assisted with project management, consultant coordination, approvals support, procurement, contract administration and construction-phase oversight. The project required careful management of services, staging, cost control and remote delivery constraints.

Forming part of Australian Government’s Bridges Renewal Program, the Nyrang Creek Bridge works helped reinstate bridge infrastructure damaged during major flooding events. Our team provided project coordination, contract administration, quality assurance oversight and superintendent support. The works supported the restoration of safe and reliable access for the local community.

The front-of-house upgrades at Tweed Shire Council’s Resource Recovery Centre included new weighbridge offices, staff offices, education rooms, ammenities, staff facilities, car parking and entrance improvements including partial reconstruction of Leddays Creek Road. Our team oversaw the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to project management, contract administration and superintendent services.
